The Launch Event for TrainsInTheValley.org at the Platform Sports Bar on April 12th has come and gone and this train has pulled out of the station!
Thank you everyone who came out to see us on our way! (we had about 45 people in total)
In particular we’d like to thank
Retired Congressman Olver
Terry Masterson, Economic Development Director, City of Northampton
Keith Barnicle, District Representative for Congressman McGovern, and
Michael Tautznik, former Mayor of Easthampton
for coming to our event.
We were also very happy to have one railroad in attendance. Milton Brill, the General Manager of the Pioneer Valley Railroad in Westfield was in attendance along with PVRR’s Manager of Marketing and Sales.
If you couldn’t make it to the event you can watch an edited summary of the program on this link:

Maybe you’re wondering why you can’t find the website when you “Google” Trains in the Valley?
Google knows that the site is live but we understand that it can take some time for their systems to “crawl” and index new websites. Rest assured, Google is working on it!
Thank you for your support.
