Trains In The Valley is conducting a rider survey during December 2024 to better understand the needs of people in our area who have used, or are interested in using, Amtrak’s Valley Flyer — trains 425, 471, or 495 — on weekday mornings, for travel southbound from Greenfield, Holyoke or Northampton.

We intend to use the survey results to advocate for potential improvements to the Valley Flyer schedule that was changed in early December, without explanation.

You can expect the survey to take between 3 and 10 minutes of your time.
